To Schedule an Appointment

  • Appointments are available weekly on Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. New client appointments are scheduled no later than 5:00 p.m.

Cancellations and Reschedule Notification

24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. With 24 hours notice I am able to schedule someone else in your time slot; anything less than 24 hours leaves me unable to do so, and you will be charged the full session fee for the missed or rescheduled session. This policy is strictly enforced, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

No-Show Charge

When you do not honor your commitment to your session time, regardless of the reason, you are responsible for the full session fee.

Insurance and Reimbursement

I work as a fee-for-service provider and do not accept insurance. Some insurance companies cover all or a portion of medical nutrition therapy or nutrition counseling. As every insurance carrier is different, please contact your insurance provider to determine their policy. I do provide a Super-Bill to support a physician’s diagnosis, for which you are responsible to submit to your insurance company.


  • Payment for your session is due in full at the time of your visit. Forms of payment accepted: cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover.
  • A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card purchases.

Individual Session Fees

  • 90-minute initial session: $195.00 (required for every new client)
  • 50-minute follow-up session: $145.00


What To Expect

The first session for every new client is a 90-minute nutrition assessment. We’ll review medical and family health history, dieting history, meal, snacking, grocery shopping, cooking and exercise habits, medications and supplements. We’ll work through your 3-day food log, lab reports if applicable, identify your questions and goals, and establish the framework for your nutritional plan.

Because every client is unique, it’s impossible to provide an exact session outcome here, but you will leave that first session armed with suggestions for making small, healthy changes right away.

Your first session allows me to learn about the journey that brought you to NutriFit. Imagine announcing to your doctor, “I’m sick.” That wouldn’t be enough information to develop a treatment plan, and I follow the same principle. The more I know, the more targeted your plan.
